- EZP-D15 is a two-component polyamide cured high build epoxy primer containing zinc phosphate.
Recommended for use on bridges, transportation equipment, cranes, steel struts, conveyors and other steel structures, machinery and equipment.
- Quickly recoatable primer used as a primer or intermediate coat in paint systems exposed to abrasion and chemical stress. The coating adheres very well to steel, zinc and aluminum surfaces, making it a versatile, all-around primer for a variety of materials.
- This product has a CCS (Marine Equipment Directive) certificate and the certificate No. to be GZ21PWA00013, so it can be used for painting interior surfaces of ships.
- The primer can be tinted in a variety of colors, which helps achieve optimal hiding power of the topcoat.
- Can be used as an intermediate coat for zinc-rich epoxy resins and zinc silicate coatings.
- Can be recoated quickly.
- Resistant to gray water/wastewater when 2×125μm is applied.
